For some reason, we tend to sidestep help when we are hurting mentally. It is known that our mental health can affect our physical. Why not ensure that both are in the best possible shape.

A BIT ABOUT ME
Gwen is a Master level Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Her early on experience, 15 years ago, began working one to one with developmentally & intellectually challenged individuals. The passion for mental health continued grow in which a desire to research and develop her skillset to better assist those dealing with trauma and crisis. Gwen works with individuals struggling with PTSD, anxiety, suicidal ideation, body shaming, and currently pursuing certification in personality disorders such as Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID).
Gwen is available to accommodate those that wish to seek help from the comfort of their homes via Telehealth visits. or face to face.
